Job summary

Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc. (STI-TEC) is seeking a Training and Development Coordinator to plan, direct, and coordinate programs for staff and ground training readiness.

You will build records, manage currency tracking, and support curriculum development while adhering to DoD requirements and security guidelines.

Qualifications

• HS/GED Diploma required; college coursework desired.
• Two years working in a DoD flying unit (Active Duty, Guard/Reserve, Contractor, or Civilian).
• Ability to operate computer-based management systems (GTIMS/GDSS2 or equivalent), SharePoint websites and communities of practice.
• Two years working with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide updates to squadron leadership on flight and readiness status of personnel.

Essential Job Function

• Plan, direct, and coordinate training and development activities and organizational staff.
• Build, review, and update student/permanent party records and gradebooks.
• Use GTIMS & SARM support to determine remaining continuation training and upcoming currencies.
• Ensure ground training requirements (e.g., IRC, CRM) and grounding or pre‑deployment training requirements are met.
• Provide updates to squadron leadership on flight and readiness status of personnel.
• Provide daily and weekly tracking of upgrade and continuation training accomplishments.
• Assist with new curriculum development, syllabi for aircrew and ground training for OST.
• Assist with preparation and execution of training and testing plans.
• Generate NMR letters, STRP briefings, and proration consideration reports.

Minimum Qualifications

• HS/GED Diploma required; college coursework desired.
• SECRET clearance.
• Two years working in a DoD flying unit (Active Duty, Guard/Reserve, Contractor, or Civilian).
• Ability to operate computer‑based management systems (GTIMS/GDSS2 or equivalent), SharePoint websites and communities of practice.
• Two years working with Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation / Salary Range

STI-TEC adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a full‑time, salary, exempt position. The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification, training, and specialized skills.

Salary Range: $70,000 – $73,000 per year.
