Job summary

B3H is seeking a Stan/Eval & EFB Specialist to support AMC flying squadrons by maintaining aircrew evaluation records, testing materials, qualification status, and recurring Stan/Eval reporting. You will manage GTIMS/ARMS data, coordinate with training and leadership, and provide accurate status information for leadership decisions.

The role requires 3+ years in Stan/Eval or aviation operations, experience with GTIMS/ARMS, and strong Microsoft Office and data reporting skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred in aviation operations, aviation management, training, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant Stan/Eval/aviation operations support experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain flight testing materials.
• Update data in GTIMS, ARMS, and related systems; maintain aircrew records and annual reviews.
• Notify crewmembers and leadership of upcoming testing and training requirements.
• Generate status and trend reports (e.g., A006, STRP/SCB, SEB data) as required.
• Coordinate with training officers to review records and satisfy AFIs and local guidance.
• Update the squadron EFB program with new publications and Flight Crew Information File releases.
