Job summary

B3H Corporation seeks a Stan/Eval & EFB Specialist to support AMC flying squadrons by maintaining aircrew evaluation records, testing materials, and qualification status. You will ensure accurate status information for leadership and maintain data in GTIMS and ARMS, coordinating with training and squadron personnel.

Responsibilities include updating records, notifying crewmembers of requirements, and producing monthly and quarterly reports to support evaluation boards and training reviews.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred in aviation operations, aviation management, training, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Stan/Eval office or equivalent aviation operations support experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain flight testing materials and aircrew evaluation records.
• Update GTIMS, ARMS, and local databases; complete annual reviews of member records and process in-/out-processing.
• Interface with HARM/SARM and personnel to update ARMS or equivalents.
• Coordinate with training officer to review records and AFI-related guidance.
• Notify crew and leadership of upcoming/testing requirements and prepare standard reports.
• Generate reports such as squadron check ride status, STRP, and SB boards.
