Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Product Strategy Manager, Stamping to develop and execute global product strategy and growth initiatives for the stamping product line. This role reports to the Global Product Line Director and will lead cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and engineering from the Southfield, MI office.

The role focuses on North America activity, with responsibilities spanning market analysis, portfolio strategy, pricing, and long-term product roadmaps to drive profitable growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum seven (7) years’ experience in automotive or industrial electrical system design, testing, manufacturing, product management, product planning, or sales.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship both now and in the future.
• MBA is preferred for higher-level impact and strategic scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategy and communicate product top priorities and growth opportunities.
• Partner with sales to drive execution of customer engagement strategies for commercial wins.
• Incorporate VOC inputs to generate new product innovations and identify global portfolio needs.
• Lead product management: market analysis, product and service requirements, segmentation, competitive trends.
• Direct strategies to increase market share across regions and align with sales objectives.
• Provide leadership to MarCom and build global product group capabilities.
• Oversee multi-regional alignment of product, market, and customer strategies.
