Job summary

Eaton's IS VEH EMB division seeks a Product Strategy Manager, Stamping, in Southfield, MI. You will drive global product strategy, growth initiatives, and roadmaps for the stamping line, partnering with sales and MarCom to execute commercial plans.

You will lead market analysis, VOC inputs, and portfolio decisions, ensuring alignment with regional opportunities and regulatory trends across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum seven (7) years’ experience in automotive or industrial electrical systems design, testing, manufacturing, product management, product planning, or sales.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• MBA preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of global product strategy and long-term growth initiatives for the stamping line.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and engineering to drive customer engagement and commercial wins.
• Analyze market trends and regulatory requirements to identify opportunities and shape roadmaps.
• Direct product management activities including market analysis, segmentation, and portfolio strategy.
