Responsibilities

• Lead the multidisciplinary New Product Introduction (NPI) stamping team to meet technical targets, BoM and schedules.
• Act as internal technical interface to program management, supply chain, manufacturing and sales.
• Plan technical work packages and releases; drive manufacturing interface for sample builds.
• Organize cross-functional meetings and provide technical options for decision boards.
