Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking a Stamping Press Room Manager to lead day-to-day stamping operations in Illinois, directing supervisors and stamping team members to meet production schedules and customer quality standards at minimum cost.

You will monitor processes, coordinate with support functions, and ensure safety and quality compliance while driving continuous improvement and lean initiatives across the plant.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of stamping/press room leadership experience.
• Experience with new program launches and deployments.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Manufacturing background with supervisory roles.
• Experience with IATF/ISO requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing.
• Data-driven decision making and metrics management.
• Proven track record of implementing improvements.

Responsibilities
