Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of related experience, or 8 years in lieu of degree.
• Experience with manufacturing engineering and advanced manufacturing systems.
• At least one year of project lead experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced factory systems and processes.
• Support plant automation and manufacturing systems for production needs.
• Evaluate processes for improvements and coordinate implementation.
• Coordinate capital projects, vendor selection, and equipment trials.
• Maintain ISO-9001 documentation and safety/compliance.
• Oversee pre-series and product changeovers; optimize layout and material flow.
• Review tooling, fixtures, and transport/storage requirements.
• Ensure adherence to government regulations and safety standards.
