The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, strong technical judgment, and collaboration across mechanical and manufacturing systems to improve safety, quality, throughput, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science in Engineering required; Mechanical preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing machinery or stamping environments.
• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Specify, procure, develop, integrate, and validate press and automation system solutions for stamping plants.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for system issues.
• Develop technical documentation for equipment design, development, and implementation.
• Support training for production and plant personnel on press and automation systems.
