Job summary

Trident-Solutions in Sherman, TX is seeking a Stake Flag Lead Pod Technician to guide the Stake Flags department on a 12-hour rotating shift. You will actively operate equipment, uphold safety, quality, and production targets, and step in for Operators during breaks.

You will mentor Stake Flag Operators, troubleshoot machine issues, track production data, and ensure correct labeling, packaging and palletizing of produced parts while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Evidence of lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to operate stake flag equipment and understand safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Excellent communication and team mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as shift lead for Stake Flags during assigned rotation; ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Actively operate stake flag equipment as a working team member.
• Fill-in for Stake Flag Operators during breaks and lunches as needed.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and report to Shift Supervisor and maintenance.
• Direct operators to correct defects and minimize scrap and downtime.
• Lead and mentor Operators; assist with training using curriculum.
• Maintain accurate production and quality reporting; ensure proper labeling and packaging.
• Keep a clean, safe work environment and participate in continuous improvement.
