Job summary

Allegiance Flag Supply, LLC is seeking a Weekend Shift Supervisor in Charleston, SC. You will lead the weekend production system, turning the Operations Manager's plan into coordinated actions across Striping, Parts, TSS and Finished Flag.

You will directly supervise the Striping and Parts teams and manage the TSS Supervisor to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output. You will set direction, maintain accountability and solve problems through the TSS Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Direct supervisory experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Experience leading production teams against measurable goals.
• Ability to coach employees, conduct performance reviews and manage attendance and behavior.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving within a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the weekend shift as primary manufacturing leader.
• Translate production plan into priorities and manage execution across departments.
• Set clear expectations, monitor staffing, equipment, materials and risks.
• Drive accountability for safety, quality, productivity and craftsmanship.
• Provide a clear handoff to weekday leadership and maintain visibility on the floor.
