Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising manufacturing teams in a production setting.

• Strong coaching, feedback and corrective-action skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team across Parts and Striping with clear expectations on production, quality, safety, attendance and behavior.
• Execute the production plan and monitor progress, rebalancing labor as needed to meet priorities.
• Drive performance improvements, coordinate with maintenance, quality, inventory and HR to resolve issues.
