Qualifications

• Previous professional welding and fabrication experience required.
• Stainless Steel TIG welding experience is required.
• Experience welding pipe, structural steel, and sheet metal.
• Experience working with stainless steel and carbon steel.
• Aluminum welding experience is a plus.
• Experience operating a shear, press brake, and other fabrication equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and dependable work ethic.
• Must be able to complete an on-site weld test and interview.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication in a fabrication shop environment.
• TIG weld stainless steel with a strong focus on quality and precision.
• Weld and fabricate pipe, structural components, and sheet metal.
• Work with stainless steel, carbon steel, and occasionally aluminum.
• Read measurements and complete fabrication projects accurately.
• Operate fabrication equipment including shears and press brakes.
• Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the fabrication process.
• Assist with additional shop duties as workload requires.
