Job summary

Lincoln Industries is seeking an experienced Welder to weld fabricated pipe components and ensure adherence to product specifications. The role involves Mig & Tig welding, reading blueprints, and training junior welders in a team environment.

Must have strong manual skills, ability to weld stainless and carbon steel, and comply with safety and environmental requirements. This is a hands-on, hourly, non-exempt position located at our Lincoln facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years related welding experience and/or training.
• Preferred: 5 years production welding experience and AWS certification.

Responsibilities

• Mig & Tig welding as primary tasks.
• Weld thin wall tube applications with attention to quality.
• Weld stainless and carbon steel per specifications.
• Set up tools and equipment for welding.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure specifications.
• Train new welders as needed.
