Job summary

Express Employment Professionals in Bryan/College Station area seeks an experienced Fabricator/Welder to join our fabrication shop team. The role focuses on TIG welding stainless steel with emphasis on quality and precision, plus fabricating pipe, structural components, and sheet metal.

The position requires prior welding and fabrication experience, familiarity with stainless and carbon steel, and the ability to read measurements.

Qualifications

• Previous professional welding and fabrication experience required.
• Stainless Steel TIG welding experience is required.
• Experience welding pipe, structural steel, and sheet metal.
• Experience working with stainless steel and carbon steel.
• Aluminum welding experience is a plus.
• Experience operating a shear, press brake, and other fabrication equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and dependable work ethic.
• Must be able to complete an on-site weld test and interview.

Fabricator / Welder – $17–$23/hr DOE

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Schedule may vary based on workload, so flexibility is required.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding and fabrication in a fabrication shop environment

• TIG weld stainless steel with a strong focus on quality and precision

• Weld and fabricate pipe, structural components, and sheet metal

• Work with stainless steel, carbon steel, and occasionally aluminum

• Read measurements and complete fabrication projects accurately

• Operate fabrication equipment including shears and press brakes

Pay: $17–$23 per hour, depending on knowledge and experience
