Job summary

TDIndustries manufactures quality products and operates various CNC/industrial equipment to fabricate parts from raw materials, setting up feed, speed, and temperature per procedures. They select and measure materials to spec for production processing and ensure tasks meet safety and quality standards.

The role covers layout, assembly, and installation of process piping systems, managing tools, equipment, and manpower while understanding project budgets and requirements for each system.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or GED.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).

Responsibilities

• Assists in developing tasks, safety planning, and execution while ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality assurance measures.
• conducts daily tasks with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity, identifying and mitigating reliability risks to minimize customer impacts.
• Responsible for the layout, assembly, and installation of process piping systems according to defined parameters, scope, and procedures.
• Manages resources with responsibility for maintenance, loss, or proper application, i.e., tools & equipment, manpower.
• Performs specific testing requirements as dictated on a project by project basis per involved system.
• Complies fully with all disposal, handling, and disposition functions as apparent for materials both consumed and not consumed on the project.
• Understands materials required to complete the project regarding material types, classifications, and in some cases part number configurations.
• Process Mechanical and Process Exhaust protocols/specifications for installation or modification of systems.
