Are you an experienced fabricator, welder, and shop lead with expertise in TIG and MIG welding, CNC machining, laser cutting, and general fabrication? Do you have the skills to lead a team, manage workflow, and oversee shop operations? If so, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

1. Welding & Fabrication – Perform high-quality TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel and other metals.
2. Machine Operation – Operate and maintain CNC machines, fiber lasers, press brakes, band saws, rolls, and other fabrication equipment.
3. Production & Workflow Management – Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and quality in fabrication projects.
4. Inventory & Materials Management – Track materials, maintain stock levels, and ensure timely production.
5. Shop Leadership – Supervise and coordinate shop staff, ensuring safety standards, workflow optimization, and project deadlines are met.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Expertise in Stainless Steel TIG and MIG Welding – Ability to weld with precision and meet industry standards.
2. CNC & Fabrication Experience – Skilled in operating fiber lasers, press brakes, rolls, band saws, and other fabrication equipment.
3. Ability to Read & Interpret Blueprints and Technical Drawings – Understanding engineering specs and fabrication processes.
4. Strong Organizational & Leadership Skills – Experience managing a shop, overseeing workflow, and ensuring quality control.
5. Problem-Solving & Mechanical Aptitude – Ability to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes.
6. Self-Motivated & Team-Oriented – Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
