Job summary

Allied Universal® Event Services is hiring event staff for part-time work at Tacoma (and Seattle by option). You will greet guests, scan tickets, direct traffic, and ensure a positive guest experience with courteous service.

No prior experience required; training provided. Flexible schedules, opportunities for ongoing training, and employee perks are available. Must be 18+, pass background checks, and be able to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background check and drug/alcohol test after offer; may require a driving record check.
• Professional, articulate with good judgment and discretion.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in event day prep and execution.
• Manage entry, ticket scanning, and direct attendees.
• Know venue policies and procedures for different events.
• Greet guests warmly and thank them warmly on exit.
• Provide directions to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain a friendly tone and natural speaking voice.
