Job summary

Allied Universal® Event Services is hiring Event Staff in the Seattle/Tacoma area for part-time roles with flexible scheduling. You will welcome guests, scan tickets, direct foot traffic, and deliver superior customer service. Training and background verification are part of the process.

Work may require training in Tacoma before Seattle duties. Ideal candidates are 18+ with a high school diploma and strong communication skills, able to maintain a professional, friendly demeanor in fast-paced

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Verify entry into venues by collecting/scanning tickets, verifying wristbands and badges, directing traffic.
• Understand venue policies, procedures, and regulations for different facilities and events.
• Greet guests at entry points with a genuine, friendly greeting and thank them as they depart.
• Provide guests with helpful directions to enhance their entertainment experience.
