Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Staffing Consultant to locate, interview, and qualify job seekers for temporary and contract roles in the local market. This full-cycle recruiting role covers sourcing to placement, with conversations over the phone, via email, or in person.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with candidates and clients.
• Ability to coach candidates through resume edits and interview preparation.
• Self-motivated and performance-driven with a results focus.
• Comfort with making many calls and emails daily.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Post jobs on job boards and social platforms.
• Interview prospective candidates and assess fit.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews, review resumes and discuss needs.
• Follow up with candidates post-interview and outline next steps.
• Deliver offers and manage the offers process.
• Maintain contact with candidates on assignment and ensure needs are met.
• Proactively reach out to candidates to build a robust pipeline.
