The role sits within HR, reports to the COO, and requires managing senior stakeholders, budget awareness, and proactive staffing solutions. The ideal candidate balances business impact with talent development and thrives in a high-volume firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years in management, operations, or talent management.
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen and familiarity with budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage consulting staff work assignments to match client and development goals.
• Establish relationships with senior leadership to address staffing for client engagements.
• Proactively identify and address staffing and scheduling issues.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure revenue recognition accuracy.
• Support workforce planning and staffing model adjustments.
• Collaborate with Partners on sector talent initiatives.
• Maintain information on current and future client engagements.
• Assist with performance management and development discussions.
• Coordinate with Career Development team to align allocations with goals.
• Handle other HR-related projects as needed.
