Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or related field.
• Recruiting or shift lead background preferred.
• Staffing industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and place associates with appropriate matching to assignments.
• Take inbound orders and dispatch qualified workers for job orders.
• Process payroll for associates timely and accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain branch operations and ensure compliance with safety and screening requirements.
