Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold) is seeking a Staffing Specialist for a Manning, SC facility. The role requires a creative, energetic attitude to fulfill duties, build client relationships and proactively recruit new candidates.

Compensation is $21–$23 per hour plus commissions for new business, with weekly pay and benefits. Essential functions include interviewing candidates, sourcing via social networks, coordinating with recruiters, and building talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• 1+ year recruiting or staffing experience.
• Experience sourcing candidates via social platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Builds and maintains a positive relationship with client operations.
• Interacts with potential candidates via phone, social media, and networks.
• Crafts recruiting emails and SMS texts.
• Coordinates with recruiters and hiring managers to determine position requirements.
• Analyzes resumes and identifies qualified candidate profiles.
• Interviews candidates to evaluate technical qualifications for assignments.
• Develops talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
