Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Recruiter Coordinator to post positions, manage candidate flow, and coordinate onboarding in a fast-paced environment.

You will use SAP SuccessFactors ATS, plan recruiting events, conduct screenings, and collaborate across teams to ensure smooth hiring processes.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of high-volume recruiting experience, strong Excel skills, and bilingual abilities in Spanish or Burmese.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in high-volume recruiting (20–40 openings per month).
• HRIS and ATS experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel.
• College degree or HR Certification preferred.
• Bi-Lingual Spanish and/or Burmese a plus.
• Must possess excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with all levels of employees.
• Must be dependable, creative and detail oriented.
• Must have strong knowledge of basic mathematics
