Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby Township, MN, is seeking a Staffing/Scheduling Specialist-Patient Access to help keep primary and specialty care clinics running smoothly by coordinating staff schedules and handling electronic timekeeping.

You will respond to staffing changes, support onboarding, prepare reports, and organize meetings and training, with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential remote work after probation.

Qualifications

• Two years of college required.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Experience with Excel, Forms, SharePoint, and Power Automate.
• Healthcare scheduling experience helpful.
• Understanding of timekeeping systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff schedules for Patient Access and Switchboard.

Working closely with departments each day, you will respond to staffing changes, identify coverage needs, and keep employees informed while meeting scheduling deadlines and following union agreements and organizational policies. This role offers a varied mix of scheduling, payroll support, and administrative coordination, including preparing reports, supporting new employee onboarding, and organizing meetings and training. You will use scheduling software and communication tools to keep information accurate and accessible, bringing sound judgment and a resourceful approach to shifting priorities and unexpected staffing challenges.
