Cuyuna Regional Medical Center is seeking a Patient Access - Scheduling specialist at the Crosby Clinic to coordinate patient interactions through scheduling and documentation. You will serve as the primary liaison between patients, providers, and multiple clinic departments, ensuring smooth information flow and care continuity.

The Patient Access Specialist-Scheduling plays a vital role in orchestrating patient interactions with healthcare services through meticulous appointment scheduling and documentation. This position is the primary line of communication between patients, healthcare providers, and various clinic departments, ensuring a seamless flow of information and coordination. Challenges include managing a high volume of information and multitasking under pressure, while maintaining a high standard of customer service and accuracy. Collaboration is key, as the specialist works closely with medical staff, insurance providers, and other departments to verify information and facilitate patient care continuity. The role demands flexibility and adaptability, responding to changing patient needs and clinic demands efficiently.
