Job summary

CRMC in the Greater Brainerd Lakes Area is seeking a Staffing/Scheduling Specialist to manage and coordinate rosters across ICU, Emergency, and Surgical units. You will maintain scheduling and payroll records and use scheduling software to monitor attendance and adjust staffing as needed.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and scheduling tools, and a minimum of two years of college.

Qualifications

• Two years of college completed.
• Experience with scheduling software.
• Experience with electronic timekeeping systems (timekeeping software or systems).
• Experience with Excel, Forms, SharePoint, and Power Automate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate staff rosters across ICU, Emergency, and Surgical units to ensure optimal staffing levels.
• Maintain accurate scheduling and payroll records while using scheduling software to monitor attendance and adjust staffing as needed.
