Job summary

Envoy Air Inc., a subsidiary of American Airlines Group, seeks an internal customer service coordinator to support the Above the Wing operations and assist over 100 agents and leads daily.

The role emphasizes scheduling, overtime processing, attendance coding, and providing timely updates; candidates must be 18+, have HS diploma, legal right to work in the U.S., and be able to lift 75 lbs; shifts include weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; college degree preferred
• Possess a valid, unexpired REAL ID-compliant driver's license
• Legal right to work in the United States
• Must read, write, speak and understand English; Spanish preferred in Caribbean bases
• Knowledge of CWA agreement and local overtime policy
• Familiarity with attendance coding and CS policy
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Dynamic Manning tasks and coordinating agent lunches
• Provide operational updates on changes not acknowledged on time
• Ensure adequate operational coverage and manpower utilization
• Process and award OT requests in roster apps per policy and needs
• Code absences and generate staffing reports for Leadership
