Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and process orientation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain staffing inbox and databases, using staffing tools.
• Respond within 24 hours; track and resolve requests.
• Provide real-time status updates on delays.
• Keep staffing database up to date with all communications.
• Match Researchers to projects based on client needs and availability.
• Coordinate with Research and Consultant teams for timely follow-ups.
• Address ad-hoc requests and assist with staffing projects.
