Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ professional work experience (post-undergrad)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead research and project planning for multiple client projects in collaboration with Consultants and Researchers
• Develop market insights, candidate research, and client materials to support executive search and advisory projects
• Partner with client teams to shape pitch materials and business development activities
• Contribute to knowledge management by sharing expertise and best practices across the firm
