Job summary

Mb Staffing Services LLC is seeking a dynamic Talent Manager with strong technical recruiting experience to lead end-to-end recruitment and advise hiring managers and clients in the DMV area.

As a Talent Manager, you will drive full-cycle recruiting for technical and business roles, engage candidates with innovative sourcing methods, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including technical roles.
• Strong initiative, follow-through, and client-focused mindset.
• Advanced sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, networking).
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
