VIP Staffing is seeking a Staffing Recruiter to engage with temporary associates and clients, screen candidates, and coordinate job orders. This is a full-time role with a standard 40-hour workweek, requiring flexibility to meet client needs.

You will work with the recruiting team to manage daily staffing, ensure accuracy in job postings and start/end dates, and provide timely reporting. A customer-service mindset and strong communication are essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of staffing or recruiting experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Proficiency with ATS and payroll/pay rates a plus.

Mansioni

• Staff assignments through interviewing and pre-screening.
• Coordinate daily recruiting with the team to prioritize orders.
• Ensure accuracy of job orders, pay rates, and dates in the ATS.
• Provide regular reporting to management and customers.
• Maintain documentation of activity in the ATS.
