Job summary

TKO StaffPros LLC in Memphis, TN is seeking a detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to support our growing recruitment operations. You will manage the full recruitment pipeline from job posting to candidate onboarding and ensure a high-quality experience for clients and talent.

You'll own end-to-end processes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate scheduling, maintain candidate data, and collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions and improve staffing strategies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of staffing or recruiting experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborative team player with a client-service mindset.
• Knowledge of employment law and recruiting best practices (preferred).
• Ability to speak both English and Spanish fluently.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and candidate onboarding.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Develop job descriptions and recruitment materials in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Identify and communicate staffing needs with internal teams.
• Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Support the rollout of recruitment strategies and process improvements.
