The role focuses on interviewing, pre-employment testing, timely placement, and ongoing client communication. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred; proficient in Microsoft Office; regular Mon-Fri schedule with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required or preferred.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to communicate cross-functionally with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Interview applicants in a timely, legal manner and offer job assignments.
• Administer pre-employment tests and record results per SOPs.
• Ensure completion of all pre-employment paperwork and compliance.
• Perform quality control calls to clients and associates for feedback.
• Make outbound sales calls to market candidates to clients.
• Update sales staff on order status and client satisfaction.
• Counsel, discipline, and terminate temporary associates when needed.
• Ensure operations comply with policies and government regulations.
