Qualifications

Position Summary

Exegistics Resource Solutions is seeking an energetic, results-driven Staffing Recruiter to join our growing team. The Staffing Recruiter is responsible for the full recruitment cycle for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates while building strong relationships with both clients and job seekers. Key Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified candidates for warehouse, manufacturing, production, logistics, forklift, skilled trades, clerical, and professional positions.
• Source candidates through online job boards, ATS databases, referrals, social media, networking, and recruiting events.
• Review applications and conduct phone screens and interviews.
• Match candidate skills and experience with client hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews, orientations, onboarding, and start dates.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage multiple job orders and prioritize recruiting efforts based on client demands.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Conduct follow‑up calls with employees after placement to improve retention and attendance.
• Partner with branch leadership to identify recruiting challenges and develop solutions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Meet recruiting activity, submission, interview, and placement goals.
• Represent Exegistics professionally in all candidate and client interactions.
