Job summary

Exegistics Resource Solutions, based in Indianapolis, is seeking a Staffing Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles across warehouse, manufacturing, production, and logistics. You will source, screen, interview, and place candidates while building strong relationships with clients and job seekers.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at communication, and meets placement targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, sales, or talent acquisition preferred.
• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, production, or skilled-trades environments is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting technology.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified candidates for warehouse, manufacturing, production, logistics, forklift, skilled trades, clerical, and professional positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, ATS databases, referrals, social media, networking, and recruiting events.
• Review applications and conduct phone screens and interviews.
• Match candidate skills and experience with client hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews, orientations, onboarding, and start dates.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
• Meet recruiting activity, submission, interview, and placement goals.
• Represent Exegistics professionally with clients and candidates.
