Exegistics Resource Solutions in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an energetic Staffing Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles across warehouse, manufacturing, and logistics sectors. You will source, screen, interview, and place candidates while building strong client and candidate relationships.

The role emphasizes candidate flow, urgency, accountability, and outstanding service, with growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous staffing, recruiting, customer service, sales, or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, production, or skilled-trades environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting technology.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified candidates for warehouse, manufacturing, production, logistics, skilled trades, clerical, and professional roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, ATS, referrals, social media, networking, and recruiting events.
• Screen applications with phone interviews and assessments.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and start dates.
• Maintain candidate communication and accurate ATS records.
• Meet recruiting activity, submission, interview, and placement goals.
