Qualifications

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to stand, sit, use of hands, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and schedule interviews with hiring managers and HR for final decisions.
• Process new hire paperwork and background/drug test submissions.
• Build relationships with communities and employment agencies.
• Develop staffing techniques to improve staff quality and quantity.
• Explain program details and schedule training classes and events.
• Perform reference checks.
• Ensure compliance with operating standards and HR policies.
