You will partner with church teams to schedule training, onboarding spaces, and resourcing, execute staff development initiatives, manage departures with clarity, and provide ongoing administrative support—all while embodying a warm, ministry-driven service

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and logistics for a welcoming candidate experience.
• Onboard new hires with orientation, culture onboarding, and campus training.
• Partner with teams to schedule training, onboarding spaces, and resourcing for staff growth.
• Execute staff development and engagement initiatives to support retention.
• Manage staff departure workflows with clarity and excellence.
