Elevation Church in West Rockhill, PA is seeking a campus leader to help shepherd worship experiences with excellence and make guests feel seen and known. You will oversee volunteer teams—Welcome Area, Greeters, Ushers, Campus Safety, Operations, Parking—and develop leaders to connect guests to service opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall leadership of the campus, ensuring worship experiences are executed with excellence.

• Implement infrastructure of standard operating systems, cultural expectations, volunteer leadership, and financial viability for areas you oversee.
• We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment with office days Monday-Thursday; weekends involve supporting worship experiences or volunteering opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall leadership of the campus, ensuring all worship experiences are executed with excellence in an effort to make our guests feel seen and known.
• Oversee, care for, and grow volunteer teams, including the Welcome Area, Greeters, Ushers, Campus Safety, Volunteer Headquarters, Operations, and Parking.
• Develop leaders and connect our guests to volunteer teams to promote involvement at a meaningful level.
• Implement the infrastructure of all standard operating systems, cultural expectations, volunteer leadership, and financial viability for the areas you oversee.

DAY-TO-DAY

• We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
• There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.
• Yes, we work hard. But we’re good at playing hard, too. We’re a creative staff, so there’s no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun!
