Elevation Church in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a campus Outreach leader to advance our mission by growing a culture of generosity and service. You will lead outreach initiatives, develop leaders, and foster cross-campus collaborations to extend our impact.

You will build partnerships with local organizations, drive weekend ministry alignment, and steward benevolence efforts while guiding volunteers with clear vision and practical systems.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible campus leader executing the Outreach ministry vision.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be a visible leader on the campus, executing the vision of the church and the Outreach ministry.
• Assist in the overall leadership of the campus, promoting outreach events and opportunities to serve.
• Develop and care for all Outreach leaders, structures, and events (including church-wide Outreach initiatives).
• Drive toward creating and stewarding partnerships with organizations that your campus serves.
• Identify opportunities to regularly integrate outreach opportunities into every aspect of the church.
• Support the benevolence needs of the campus appropriately and effectively.
• Implement the infrastructure of all standard operating systems, cultural expectations, volunteer leadership, and financial viability for the area you oversee.

DAY-TO-DAY

• We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
• There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.
• Yes, we work hard. But we’re good at playing hard, too. We’re a creative staff, so there’s no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun!
• You can’t help but grow on our staff. You’ll be around some incredible people. Professional development opportunities will be all around you, both in structured and unstructured ways.
