Abound Health is seeking a Staffing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will report to the Vice President of Centralized Clinical Operations. You’ll lead a team responsible for hiring and onboarding Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) across the organization. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on optimizing recruiting workflows, ensuring compliance, and helping meet the care needs of the individuals we support. This role is remote (working east coast hours).

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise Staffing Coordinators and Staffing Liaisons, providing coaching and oversight
  • Manage full-cycle, high-volume DSP recruitment and onboarding
  • Align staffing efforts with clinical and operational leadership to meet service needs
  • Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 and OnTarget to manage workflows and track team performance
  • Report on KPIs and hiring trends to support data-driven decision making
  • Support and improve case-matching processes in collaboration with clinical teams
  • Maintain compliance with hiring regulations and Medicaid standards

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in staffing or a related field, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of hiring regulations, Medicaid guidelines, and labor laws
  • Proven ability to manage recruiting KPIs and use data to guide strategy
  • Experience in healthcare or behavioral health staffing is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM/HRIS systems
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive health, dental, and wellness benefits, which begin on your 60th day of employment.
