Job summary

Employbridge is seeking a Staff Performance Coordinator for a seasonal assignment at our Lebanon, IN facility. The role focuses on onboarding, training, coaching, and supporting gig workers while maintaining client relationships.

Hours are 12-9pm or 1pm-10pm with some weekends required. You'll coordinate onboarding documents, run workforce reports using CRM/Power BI, and help manage payroll and attendance compliance.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or 6 months related experience.
  • Hands-on experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in a customer service role responsible for client communication.
  • Data management experience.
  • HR experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with a heavy process-oriented environment.
  • Able to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities in a high-pressure setting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork to meet client goals.

Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues.
  • Educates client on guidelines and sets expectations for handling employee issues.
  • Ensures all employee issues are handled promptly and appropriately.
  • Coordinates resolution of workforce issues with vendors and client partners.
  • Delivers client customized new hire orientations.
  • Collects and reviews onboarding documents prior to start.
  • Runs reports and uses data to identify workforce challenges.
  • Participates in client meetings about safety and operations; documents incidents and observes safety programs.
  • Processes payroll and tracks attendance, wage, and hour compliance.

This role is designed to support increase seasonal demand. There is high potential of this role becoming permanent after the success of the seasonal contract.

Hours: 12-9pm or 1pm to 10pm (Some weekends will be required)

Location: Onsite at large retail distribution facility in Lebanon, IN

Your Role & Responsibilities
  • Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues.
  • Educates client on guidelines and sets expectations for the handling of any employee issues.
  • Ensures all employee issues are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion.
  • Coordinates resolution of the all-workforce issues with vendors and client partners and understands risk areas for all parties.
  • Delivers client customized new hire orientations.
  • Collects and reviews all required work related onboarding documents for each employee prior to start.
  • Runs reports and uses data to identify workforce challenges and escalates issues to the appropriate resource (using CRM, Power BI, time/attendance software).
  • Participates in client meetings about safety and operations and documents and investigates safety incidents and executes the safety observation program
  • Processes payroll and tracks attendance, wage, and hour compliance
Preferred Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or 6 months related experience
Competencies (Skills & Knowledge You’ll Bring)
  • Hands-on experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in a customer service role responsible for client communication.
  • Data management experience.
  • HR experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with a heavy process-oriented environment.

Your Work Environment (Physical Demands)

Client Site: Typically work is performed is generally offsite at a client’s location that could be an office or other business setting and require travel to and from locations. This position requires compliance for all occupational safety and health standards, rules, and regulations. Below are a few standards specific for this position:

  • Sit or stand for long periods of time and walk short distances
  • Regularly required to talk, hear, and communicate in writing
  • Adjust to vision for both close and distance views
  • Stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds
