Job summary

Eventide Heartland Care Center is currently recruiting for a Staffing Coordinator. The position is full time, Monday - Friday 8:00a - 4:30p The Staffing Coordinator arranges and coordinates staff coverage for resident care departments based on established guidelines and needs as determined by the Director of Nursing and Resident Care Managers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Secondary education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and maintains schedules for all resident care staff.
• Monitors schedules daily and secures replacements as needed.
• Performs clerical and telephone duties with office systems and computers.
• Informs HR of hiring needs for direct care positions.
• Supports clear communication and positive relations among staff.
• Assists Executive Director and Director of Nursing with additional duties.
