Job summary

Main Line Health in Radnor, PA, is seeking a Staffing Coordinator for night shifts. You will ensure Nursing Departments are adequately staffed and act as the initial contact for patient bed assignments, using unit algorithms and acuity to allocate resources fairly.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of medical or staffing experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required, two-year college degree preferred.

• Coordinate with external agencies, departmental managers, employees, vendors, patients and families.
