Lyngblomsten Care Center is seeking a full-time Staffing Coordinator in Saint Paul, MN. The role focuses on maintaining a pool/agency-free schedule, generating staff patterns, and ensuring adequate daily staffing within budgeted hours.

Qualifications

• 1 year of staffing/scheduling experience in long term care strongly preferred.
• Nursing background preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills, oral and written; ability to maintain staffing patterns within budget; ability to work with the nursing office team and handle staff requests and scheduling problems positively.

Responsibilities

• Provide staffing patterns to ensure continuity of resident care within budgeted hours.
• Generate bi-monthly nursing staff schedules and new employee schedules during orientation.
• Verify staff hours daily/biweekly for payroll and other duties.
• Track floating holidays and sick time per personnel policy; maintain staffing request files.
