Seniors at Home in Johnstown is seeking Experienced Staffing Coordinators to join our health care services team. The Home Care Staffing Coordinator will play a leadership role, helping enhance client care, staff cohesion, and adherence to policies and procedures across our program.

Ideal candidates will have a positive, outgoing demeanor, be able to motivate diverse medical and non-medical staff, and possess at least one year of supervisory experience in a health-related field.

The Home Care Staffing Coordinator will be a critical leader, helping enhance client care/home care, team cohesiveness and overall policies and procedures that impact all of our clients and personnel.
