Seniors at Home in Johnstown is seeking Experienced Staffing Coordinators to join our health care services team. The Home Care Staffing Coordinator will play a leadership role, helping enhance client care, staff cohesion, and adherence to policies and procedures across our program.

Ideal candidates will have a positive, outgoing demeanor, be able to motivate diverse medical and non-medical staff, and possess at least one year of supervisory experience in a health-related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating staff based on requests; emphasis on non-skilled home care personnel.
• Hiring and training new employees.

• Encouraging effective relationships among staff to build a cohesive, well performing team.
• Reviewing clients’ home care plans with MAs to ensure compliance and performance.
• Performing training sessions for support staff, as needed.
