Webster Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Rockland, MA seeks a Staffing Coordinator/HR Director to oversee staffing and nursing schedules, ensuring smooth daily operations across units. This full-time role offers Daily Pay and a competitive hourly wage.

You will coordinate monthly schedules, manage variances with the DNS, and maintain accurate staffing records while building strong relationships with staff to support high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as Staffing Coordinator, Scheduler, or Payroll support within a nursing center or healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational skills to manage complex scheduling needs.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while ensuring staffing levels.
• Experience coordinating nursing schedules and managing staffing variances preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and gain staff support.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the center maintains appropriate staffing levels and adequate nursing coverage at all times.
• Complete monthly nursing schedules, coordinating staff requests to ensure proper unit coverage.
• Prepare, complete, and post work schedules and staffing sheets in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate staffing variances and schedule changes with the Director of Nursing Services (DNS).
• Maintain accurate staffing records and ensure schedules align with operational and regulatory needs.
• Build strong working relationships with staff to support collaboration and staffing stability.
• Communicate schedule updates, changes, and staffing needs clearly and professionally.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support facility operations.
