Highland Park Rehab is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to manage nursing schedules and staffing coverage for a multi-unit facility. The role emphasizes accurate scheduling, coordination with the DNS, and maintaining compliance with regulatory needs.

Qualificações

• Experience as Staffing Coordinator or Payroll support in healthcare required.
• Strong organizational skills to manage complex scheduling.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining staffing levels.
• Experience coordinating nursing schedules and managing variances preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build staff relationships.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure center maintains appropriate staffing levels and adequate nursing coverage at all times.
• Complete monthly nursing schedules, coordinating staff requests to ensure proper unit coverage.
• Prepare, complete, and post work schedules and staffing sheets in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate staffing variances and schedule changes with the Director of Nursing Services (DNS).
• Maintain accurate staffing records and ensure schedules align with operational and regulatory needs.
• Build strong working relationships with staff to support collaboration and staffing stability.
• Communicate schedule updates, changes, and staffing needs clearly and professionally.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support facility operations.
